Nano future

This product is cool, using in off-grid cottage automation environment, stuff like battery monitoring, PV, charge current, entrance gate control, stuff like that. so I would like to see, a low power sleep mode, 802.n  wifi and -20 temp range.  But for now a wired connection is fine, but bigger market if Wifi.

Thank you for your comments and feedback.

With an Ethernet port on the Nano-10, FMD or F-series PLCs, you can easily connect them to the Internet use an inexpensive wireless bridge or even a 3G router if the product is installed in a remote locations. We have some documents describing how to use these products which can be downloaded below:

The Nano-10 PLC consumes about 0.1A at 24V DC when all the inputs and outputs are off, which means about 2.4W - a lot less than that consumed by a 4W night-light bulb! That said, it is not designed to be a used in a portable consumer product, but can still be considered to be a low power device in industrial applications.
