not able to connect to E10

Hello,
I have a problem with the connection to a E10NPN

cable must be Ok because I can communicate with the T100MD
as software I have WinTrilogi v 3.52

Can You please help me,

Did you got to the "Serial Port Setup" and select the correct COM port?  E10-npn default baud rate is 9600 bps, 8 data bit, 1 stop bit and no parity. Try to enter "IR*" at the command box and if you get a response such as "IR01*" then the communication is OK.
