There is no normally closed output in TRiLOGI. You can invert it using an internal relay.

Where is this internal relay? I couldn't find anything.
Personally I don't mind Trilogi but why it is so much complicated compared to another PLC packages?
Why do I have to use some internal relay if I need to just shut down an output?

Inverted output is not a necessity in most program as they can be programmed with regular outputs. If you need to, just turn on a relay and used the NC contact of relays to trigger the output.
If you are just beginning to learn about ladder logic programming you can visit

to get some basic learning course.
