Anyone want some freelance programming work?
« on: April 21, 2008, 10:38:08 AM »
Hey all,

I recently purchased the T100MD888+ with the 4 line LCD for automating a simple bottle filling machine I'm building.

I'm a total novice at ladder programming and while I'm sure I could eventually figure it out, I thought it might be easier to see if anyone would be willing to write the needed code for me freelance.

Here's a brief overview of what I need.  If anyone is interested, please email me or reply.

Thanks for your time!

Components:
2 sensors
1 solenoid
1 stepper motor - with built in driver and controller which stores two motion profiles.  (http://www.anaheimautomation.com/23MDSI_Series.aspx)

Power switch
Program selection switch

Summary:

When sensor 1 goes off the solenoid is triggered.
When sensor 2 goes off one of the motion profiles on the stepper is activated (whichever one is selected by the program switch)

After a set amount of time (different for the two stepper profiles) the solenoid is released and the process starts over.

I would also like to have messages appear on the LCD at certain times during the procedure.  ie. "Ready", "Bottle Detected" and "Filling"

Does this make sense?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
