Does EZMarquees can work with the T100?, they use ASCII protocol and RS422-RS485.

What kind of device? Does it support MODBUS protocol? Is it a slave device or is it a master device? If the device is slave and has a custom ASCII protocol most likely you will be able to use TBASIC to format the required ASCII string to send/receive to the device.
