Beginner needs help
« on: May 20, 2007, 06:08:54 PM »
I am designing my first Tri and can't quite figure out which inputs are digital and which are analog. Same for outputs. The T100MD+ User's Manual doesn't really help me with where to hook up my inputs on my 888+. Thanks for your help.

You should refer to the T100MD888+ Installation guide (8 page white color booklet) which shows you where the digital inputs, outputs and analog I/Os are.

AHA! The plot thickens. I got two green books. No white one for the 888+ like the one with the E-10 I ordered at the same time. I will look around to see if that can be downloaded.

Thanks mucho!!!

The white installation guide is normally enclosed inside the PLC box (not in the starter kit pack). We apologize if it is not in the box but the PDF file can be downloaded from:

  http://www.tri-plc.com/t100md888.htm

Just click on the "installation guide" link and it will be downloaded.
Did you get a blue color "T100MD+ User Manual"? This one can also be downloaded from the above link.
