1. What Kind of Technical Support Methods Are Available?

 

If you have questions regarding the PLC's hardware configuration, programming language, application suitability, you can contact Tech Support via one of the following means:

 

  • Post your question at the Technical Support Forum The forum contains more than 800 topics which are mainly questions posted by previous users and there are useful  answers provided by the Tech Support or other users. You can click on the [search] button and enter a keyword to find out if the same question has already been answered. If not, you can register at the forum and then post your questions. We normally respond within 1-2 business days to questions posted at Technical Support board.

  • Email your question to: support@triplc.com and expect a response within 1-2 business days.

 

  • Fill out a Technical Inquiry form HERE and our technician will respond you within 48 hours.

 

2. How to Upgrade TRiLOGI Software to the Latest Version?

 

To obtain upgrade for the production version of TRiLOGI, please click on the "Help" menu on the TRiLOGI software and select "Upgrade" and follow the link to our website to download the upgrade. You will need to enter the username and password given in the upgrade instruction page.

 

If you have a TRiLOGI installation CD, you can open the "Upgrade.htm" file that includes the same upgrade link with username/password provided from the Help menu in TRiLOGI.

 

3. How to Obtain TL5Uploader Software?

 

Please email to: support@triplc.com and provide us with the name of the person or the company that purchased our TRiLOGI software. If you have purchased the PLC starter kit from an authorized distributor please also include the name of the distributor. Once we have verified your purchase record we will email the TL5 Uploader setup program to you.

 

4. How to Obtain the PLCmon.jar and XServer File Manager Programs?

 

These files are only needed if you are developing your own Java applet or Java application programs for use with TLServer, FServer, or Ethernet XServer. To obtain these files, please email to: support@triplc.com and provide us with the name of the person or the company that purchased our TRiLOGI software and/or the Ethernet XServer as well as the purchase details. If you have purchased the PLC starter kit from an authorized distributor please also include the name of the distributor or ask the distributor to contact us regarding your request for the PLCmon.jar and XServer File Manager.

 

Once we have verified your purchase record, we will email you a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) which upon your agreement, you need to sign and fax back to us. We can then email you the relevant program files for your Java program development.
